At present the site uses two payment gateways, that enables three options. Firstly there is the PayPal gateway, so anyone holding a PayPal account or a valid credit card, can purchase products from the store. The second option is the BACS system of bank transfer payment. You can simply transfer the outstanding balance via your bank account through to the store’s, and the transaction will be achieved.

The website not only holds its own SSL Certificate, that encrypts sensitive transaction information, but also the payment gateway used by the site’s store is PayPal. This gateway only makes the transactions via the actual PayPal site and not information is transferred via this site. So all payments are as secure as the PayPal website service.

The site store has set up the BACS Bank transfer system, to use in the checkout environment. Due to the nature of the transaction process, what will happen is that when you make an order and use BACS at the checkout, your order will be placed on hold. This will allow you to take the emailed information and make a deposit at your local bank or via online banking and send the outstanding amount via this method. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Shipping Policy

Printful offer international shipping, so get to know Printful’s shipping regions.

Below are our Standard shipping rates that are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.

The shipping rates listed below are a rough guide the the standard prices charged. Proper calculation will be done at checkout.

Printful, our printing collaborator send out deliveries world wide, through a number of well-known postal service.

*Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

When setting your retail prices or manually editing them, keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.

If you collect VAT in your store, note that Printful doesn’t currently offer a way to display paid VAT or a VAT ID on shipping labels or packing slips.

With Printful live shipping rates, orders to Canada generate an Int’l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment). This method can be useful for tracking packages so that they’re less likely to get lost in the mail.

As we are now delivering all final artworks and merchandise via the collaboration with Printful, then the returns policy is set by their Returns Policy. Either view it here, or read the following:

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by following the instructions in this video:

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
