What is your return policy?
Return any of our prints–no questions asked if the print is damaged or faulty–within 30 days of purchase. We will refund you the cost. We can’t provide coverage for the return postage cost.
We are unable to provide refunds for print based on the following criteria:
- didn’t like the artwork
- didn’t suit the location after it was hung
- didn’t suit the frame we bought
- would fit in the pre-bought frame (if you need a specific size, look at the custom print form)
- You get the point- postal damage, bad printing yes we can refund.
Do you ship overseas?
We are able to post to the following countries, based on the cost of flat rates:
- Czech Replublic
- New Zealand
- Republic of Ireland
- United Kingdom
- United States of America
If you are outside these territories, you can send a contact form request and as long as you are willing to pay the postage pre-delivery we could arrange.
Do you have customer services?
Well, if you can call Rob Snow (artist) customer services, then yes. I am here available 365 days of the year to answer your queries, questions and serving your needs.
