US based medical cannabis distribution and product supply firm asked me to come up with a logo for them. Their main interest was to retain a value in Native American culture. They wished the logo to have vibrance, a little bit of modern, but at the same time have a nostalgic look and feel.
Some research was done in the area of logo vintage styles and the thought of instantly combining a recognisable element of their culture came to mind. After some working out, the use of the teepee came to bare in the final design (as seen below) and a variation with vibrant colours was developed.

Take a creative person and stir in some aptitude, thoroughly from the start. In time, mix in the aesthetic flavouring with the most appropriate tool at hand, and then, fold into the mix as much of the hard work and sweat that the mix can take. Sprinkle in the ideas; the more the better. And finally, as all is cooking, a pinch of ‘salt of the earth’ to give it the necessary character. Leave to cook over time and serve when required. Tasty treat in a tasteless world.
